Neo 180 FM, April 2014. The Neo 180 is an original-design in the Classic Pattern style, borrowing elements from several iconic designs and rolling them together with some modern features for good measure. Tide Hydroplane FM, November 1993 - December 1993. The Tide was an 05 electric model in 1/16 scale of a contemporary hydroplane. The model hull design later was developed into the UL-125/UL-10/UL-72 kits that I sold under the RC-Hydros.com brand. Available in fiberglass or ABS, these kits are still available on ebay occasionally, often using the part number UL-1 or UL-1ABU. |

Cesa 1882 FM, May 1992. My first article was a review of the ABC Models CESA 1882 electric offshore boat. I enjoyed that hull it so much that over the years I bought two more of them for racing aftef replacing the gear box with a direct drive system. |
