Today we played with altitude and a new airframe.
This is with an Ascent using an 8-cell HECELL 1100 pack and the stock motor but 6x3 prop.
The camera was positioned at a 45 degree angle, but on launch it rotated to vertical shots.
On the second flight we rotated it to shoot straight out beneath the wing and got a few of
the shots I had wanted the first flight, but not nearly enough.

One interesting thing is that you can see me in a bunch of pictures (like you really wanted to)
but in one of them you can see an abandoned driveway at the edge of the church building. The
soil there is HARD! The last picture on the second row if of a weather station on the Belvidere
High School ballfields.

After the photo flights, I took up my Sobox Micron 400 from
those ballfields. I love that little plane!
